These terms apply to all quotes, samples and orders for custom sportswear and apparel supplied by Zees Commerce (Los Angeles office: 5101 Santa Monica Blvd, STE 8, Los Angeles, CA 90029; factory: Sialkot, Pakistan). Placing an order confirms your acceptance.
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the quantities, specifications and artwork supplied. An order is confirmed when the deposit is received and the sample or artwork is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient).
2. Minimum order
The minimum order is 10 pieces per design. One artwork with different names and numbers counts as one design; different logos, layouts or colourways are separate designs.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is due on order confirmation. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer to our Pakistan account, ACH bank transfer in the United States, PayPal, card payment and letters of credit for qualifying orders. Bank charges are borne by the payer.
4. Samples and approval
Samples cost US $200 per design (one piece in one size), are made in approximately 5 days after artwork approval and are shipped by courier at your cost. The sample fee is credited against a qualifying bulk order as set out in our Sample Policy. The approved sample and proof are the reference for the bulk order. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline.
5. Production and delivery
Bulk production is 15–30 days after sample and artwork approval, depending on quantity; larger or more complex orders are quoted individually. Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping, duties and taxes are as set out in our Shipping policy.
6. Quality, defects and returns
Every order is inspected before dispatch. Defects or mismatches against the approved sample must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; we remake the affected pieces or issue a credit. Custom goods cannot be returned for other reasons. Full details are in our Returns & Remake Policy.
7. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all logos, names, numbers and designs you supply, and you indemnify Zees Commerce against claims arising from them. We do not reproduce third-party trademarks without written authorisation from the rights holder.
8. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without charge before artwork approval. After approval, materials and work completed to date are charged; once production has started the order cannot be cancelled.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events, where delivery dates are estimates.
