What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design. Mixed sizes within those 10 are fine. That applies to every product, from a single team kit to a private-label collection.
How long do samples take, and what do they cost?
A physical sample is made in about 5 days after artwork approval, then shipped by courier (transit is extra). The sample fee is US $200 per design (one piece in one size), plus courier shipping. It is credited against your bulk invoice when you order at least 50 pieces of the same design within 30 days of approving the sample. Full details are in our Sample Policy. We recommend approving a sample before every bulk run.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production takes 15–30 days after you approve the sample and artwork. Large quantities, cut-and-sew styles with embroidery, or complex kits can take longer, and we confirm the timeline before you commit.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is due when you place the order. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer to our Pakistan account, ACH bank transfer in the US, PayPal, card payments and letters of credit for larger orders.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) for logos and crests, plus a roster with names, numbers and sizes. If you only have a JPEG or a photo of a kit you like, our design team can redraw it and prepare a mock-up for approval.
Do you charge for digitising our logo or crest?
No. We digitise your logo or crest free with your first order, so it is ready for embroidery on every run after that. Once you approve the digitised file it becomes the standard for your account. Reworking an approved design later, or digitising an entirely new crest, is quoted separately.
Can you match our team or brand colours?
Yes. Send Pantone references or a physical swatch and we match them. Sublimated garments reproduce gradients and multi-colour designs with no extra per-colour charge.
Do you offer private label and custom labels?
Yes. Woven neck labels, printed care labels, hang tags and branded packaging are available on every order. Brands can launch a collection from 10 pieces per design.
Where are the garments made?
Everything is manufactured in our own facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, with sublimation, printing, embroidery and quality control in-house. Orders are managed from our Los Angeles office at 5101 Santa Monica Blvd, STE 8.
How do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide. Express courier (DHL or FedEx) takes 3 to 6 days for samples and smaller orders. Sea freight is available for large volumes and takes 4 to 6 weeks. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, destination and service.
What if the bulk order does not match the approved sample?
We inspect every run against the approved sample before dispatch. If a defect or mismatch is found, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we remake the affected pieces or issue a credit. Because every garment is custom-made, we do not accept returns of custom goods.
Can I order for several teams or sizes in one order?
Yes. Mixed sizes count toward the 10-piece minimum, and one artwork with different names and numbers still counts as one design. Different logos or colourways are separate designs.
