How Zees Commerce ships bulk custom sportswear orders from our Sialkot factory to customers worldwide, and how freight is quoted.
Shipping methods
- Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3 to 6 days door to door. Standard for samples and orders up to a few hundred pieces.
- Air freight: 5 to 10 days for larger orders where courier rates become uneconomical.
- Sea freight: 4 to 6 weeks port to port for high-volume orders and container loads.
How freight is quoted
Freight is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, destination and service level. Product prices are quoted ex-works Sialkot unless you ask for a delivered price; we can quote DAP or DDP to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia on request so you know the landed cost before you confirm.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless a DDP price has been agreed. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists and any certificates of origin your customs broker needs.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders dispatch after the balance payment is received and the final QC check is signed off. You receive a tracking number and a packing list by email. samples are made within about 5 days of artwork approval and then shipped; bulk orders are produced in 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, subject to quantity and complexity.
Packaging
Garments are individually poly-bagged, size-labelled and packed in export cartons. Retail-ready packaging, hang tags and branded boxes are available for private-label orders.
