This policy explains what information Zees Commerce collects when you use zeescommerce.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated 27 September 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company or club, email, phone, country, product and quantity details, artwork and messages you send through our quote, contact and review forms, by email or by WhatsApp.
  • Information collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics 4 and our hosting and caching provider’s server logs.
  • Cookies: essential cookies needed for the site to work, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. See “Cookies” below.

Cookies and advertising

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies make the site work. With your permission we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising, for example to see whether an ad led to a quote request. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these analytics and advertising cookies. Visitors in the UK and European Economic Area are not tracked until they accept. Your choice is stored for 180 days.

You can change your choice at any time: change cookie settings. You can also manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How we use it

  • To prepare quotes, samples and orders and to communicate with you about them.
  • To answer enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To publish customer reviews with your name, role and club, only where you have ticked the consent box on the review form.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax and export obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us run the business: our web host (Hostinger), Google (Analytics, Search Console, Workspace), our email and form tools, payment processors (bank, PayPal, card processors) and carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and freight forwarders) for delivery.
  • Our production team in Sialkot, to manufacture your order.
  • Authorities where required by law.

Each provider only receives what it needs for its service.

International transfers

Because we operate in the United States and Pakistan, information you provide will be processed in both countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual protections for these transfers.

How long we keep it

Quote and order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and for up to seven years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months).

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, caching and form security). Google Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are useful; they do not identify you by name. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, the UK and the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@zeescommerce.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to our systems is restricted to staff who need it, and backups are stored securely. No online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send card numbers by email or through forms; we will give you a secure payment method.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Team photos featuring minors are published only with permission from the club or organisation that supplied them.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
