Every Zees Commerce garment is made to order to your approved design, so our policy is built around getting it right before production and fixing it fast if something is wrong.

Samples first

We recommend a physical sample before every bulk run. Samples cost US $200 per design (one piece in one size), are made in approximately 5 days after artwork approval and are shipped by courier at your cost. The fee is credited against your bulk invoice when you order at least 50 pieces of the same design within 30 days; see our Sample Policy. Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for the whole order: fabric, colour, print, fit and finish.

Quality control

Our QC team in Sialkot inspects every run against the approved sample before dispatch: measurements, construction, decoration and finishing. Orders do not ship until that check is signed off.

Defects and mismatches

If any pieces arrive with a manufacturing defect, or do not match the approved sample, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the affected quantities. We will remake the affected pieces free of charge or issue a credit against the order, at our discretion after reviewing the claim. Claims raised after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Returns on custom goods

Because every item is produced to your specification with your colours, logos, names and numbers, custom goods cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than a defect or mismatch against the approved sample. Please check sizes and artwork carefully at the approval stage; we are happy to send a size set before you confirm.

What is not covered

  • Sizing choices made by the buyer after a size chart or sample was provided
  • Artwork errors present in the approved proof
  • Damage caused after delivery or by incorrect care
  • Minor colour variation within normal commercial tolerance between dye lots
