Inside our sportswear production process – Zees Commerce

Concept showcase of how your order is produced — fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, QC and packing. Want proof? Request a sample and see the real thing in 5 days.

Every Zees Commerce garment is made in our own facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, the city that has supplied the world's sports industry for a century. Here is what happens to your order between artwork approval and dispatch, stage by stage. The images illustrate each stage of our process.

1. Design and pre-production

Our design team turns your logo, colours and roster into a print-ready proof. We check Pantone references, number and name placement, and size grading before anything is cut. You approve the proof and the sample; both become the reference for the whole run.

Performance fabrics and fleece rolls inspected before cutting

2. Material selection

Performance polyester, cotton fleece, nylon-spandex and blends are sourced by the roll and inspected for weight and shade consistency before they reach the cutting room.

Automated cutting table laying out pattern pieces

3. Precision cutting

Patterns are laid up and cut to your size chart, with youth to 3XL grading on request, so every piece in a run matches the approved sample.

Operators assembling garments on the sewing line

4. Stitching

Panels are assembled on flat-lock and overlock lines with reinforced collars, bar-tacked stress points and double-needle hems where the garment takes contact. Operators work in teams by product type.

Each piece checked against the approved sample

5. Quality control

Every run is measured against the approved sample: dimensions, print position, colour under daylight, seams and finish. Nothing is released until the check is signed off.

Woven neck labels and size labels applied

6. Branding and finishing

Woven neck labels, care labels, size labels, hang tags and trims are applied. Crests and sponsor marks that need a stitched finish go through the embroidery line at this stage.

Finished garments poly-bagged and folded

7. Packaging

Each piece is pressed, folded, poly-bagged and size-labelled. Retail-ready packaging and branded boxes are available for private-label orders.

Export cartons packed and labelled for dispatch

8. Ready for shipping

Garments are packed in export cartons with a packing list and commercial invoice, then released for dispatch once the balance payment is received.

Air, sea and courier options to every market

9. Worldwide delivery

Express courier in 3 to 6 days, air freight for larger orders, sea freight for container loads. Freight is quoted per order to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.
